Bow and arrows at her side
Clothes of silk and white deer hide
Beauty is hers though her right breast is gone
Stalking and hunting—beside her, a fawn
Deep within the forest grove
There I sought her, thee I strove
Beauty is hers though her right breast is gone
Stalking and hunting—beside her, a fawn
Finally, I found her home
Golden hair brushed with a comb
Beauty is hers though her right breast is gone
Stalking and hunting—beside her, a fawn
And I caught her soon enough
She was hardy, she was tough
Beauty is hers though her right breast is gone
Stalking and hunting—beside her, a fawn
