While resting in a tavern one day somewhere in the Isles of the Gentiles, Solomon Magus meets a warrior woman who is just ‘passing through’ and looking for work. Fate intervenes and sends them on a journey to find a stolen jewel which they must return to its rightful owner. But there’s more to that mission than first meets the eye, and their quest to retrieve the gem attracts more trouble than they ever imagined in this, the third installment from ‘The Scrolls of Solomon Magus’.
